The Historic Inns of Rockland and over 11 participating “Pie Town” restaurants celebrate National Pie Day with the sixth annual Pies on Parade® Pie Tour. This is an opportunity to sample over 40 different sweet and savory pies and tour the Historic Inns of Rockland while raising money to benefit the Area Interfaith Outreach Food Pantry.
Tuesday through Sunday, January through May
A sure cure for cabin fever, the Sleep-INN, Dine Out package enables you to experience tasting menus from three of Rockland’s premier restaurants in a “progressive dinner” format.
All are chef owned and operated, featuring ever-changing menus that focus on local, organic ingredients.
Two consecutive nights in June
Maine’s coastal heritage is rooted in maritime activities. Fifty-four active lighthouses remain on Maine’s rugged coast. Rockland and the surrounding Midcoast area are home to fourteen easy-to-access lighthouses. Stay any two consecutive nights during the month of June and get the third night at 25% off.

Kick off your holiday season with Rockland’s Festival of Lights and a stay at a historic inn. Rockland’s signature lobster trap Christmas tree is lit. Santa arrives by boat. The Light Parade ends with a bonfire and caroling. The Holiday House Tour featuring local buildings and Historic Inns of Rockland benefits the Rockland Public Library.
